Welcome to Larisa and Milo’s Studio. By accessing this website or engaging in design services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all projects, services, and interactions between Larisa and Milo’s Studio (“the Studio”) and the client.

Larisa and Milo’s Studio provides graphic design services including, but not limited to:

• Brand identity design

• Logo design

• Website design (Wix)

• Social media templates

• Print and digital design materials

The specific scope of work for each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

Projects begin once the client submits an enquiry and both parties agree on the project scope, timeline, and pricing.

A project is only considered confirmed and scheduled once the required deposit has been received.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a project and begin the design process.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid before final files or website access are delivered.

Payments must be made through the agreed payment method stated on the invoice.

Failure to complete the final payment may result in withholding of final files or services.

Each design package includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the package description.

Revisions allow clients to request changes to the design direction or details. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the package may incur an additional fee.

Project timelines vary depending on the scope of the work and client communication.

Clients are responsible for providing feedback, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect the project timeline.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and project goals

• Provide necessary content such as text, images, or branding materials when required

• Review and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

The Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials or delayed feedback.

Once the final payment has been received, the client will receive ownership of the final approved design files.

Larisa and Milo’s Studio retains the right to:

• Display completed work in portfolios and promotional materials

• Share projects on social media or marketing platforms

Any preliminary concepts or unused design work remain the property of the Studio.

For website design services:

• Websites are built using the Wix platform unless otherwise specified.

• Clients are responsible for any Wix subscription costs, domain fees, or hosting costs.

• After the website is completed and transferred, the client is responsible for managing their website unless ongoing support is agreed upon.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers time already invested in the project.

If cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, additional fees may apply depending on the stage of the project.

Larisa and Milo’s Studio will make every effort to deliver high-quality design services. However, the Studio is not liable for:

• Business losses or indirect damages resulting from the use of design work

• Issues arising from third-party platforms such as Wix, Canva, or social media platforms

• Client misuse or modification of delivered design files

Service packages and pricing may be updated or modified at any time. Changes will not affect projects that have already been confirmed.

All content on this website, including text, images, and design work, is the property of Larisa and Milo’s Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.

Larisa and Milo’s Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
